How long does shipping take?
We proudly ship across Lebanon. As each piece is carefully crafted through our pre-order process, please allow 10–15 working days for preparation and delivery.

Returns or Exchanges
Return or exchange an item?
As part of our policy, we do not offer returns. We encourage customers to review each product carefully before placing an order, and our team is always happy to assist with any questions beforehand.
However, exchanges may be accommodated in specific cases. If an item was incorrectly delivered by our team, or if the same piece requires a different size due to an ordering error, we will gladly assist with an exchange to ensure you receive the correct item.

Steps for Returns or Exchanges

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos of the item received.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility for an exchange.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item safely.
Please note that exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered due to an error on our side.
- The same item needs a size exchange if the wrong size was ordered.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
