Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ejuva, each piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect our commitment to quality and refinement. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We kindly encourage our clients to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase. Our team remains at your full disposal for any inquiries prior to ordering.


Exchanges

While refunds are not accepted, exchanges may be accommodated under specific conditions:

Incorrect Item Delivered
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will gladly arrange an exchange. Kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order confirmation along with the item in its original condition. Once verified, we will ensure a prompt replacement with the correct piece.

Damaged Items

Please include your order confirmation and return the item in its original packaging. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Size Selection
We encourage all clients to refer to our size guide before placing an order. However, if the wrong size was selected, we are pleased to assist with an exchange for the same item in the correct size. Simply contact us within 7 days, and provide your order confirmation along with the item. Our team will guide you through the process.


Exchange Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Items must include all original boxes and protective materials

  • Exchanges apply only to the same item (e.g., size adjustment)

  • We do not offer exchanges for different products


Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including earrings or any items marked as final sale.


Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the client, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.


Inspection Process
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Ejuva reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions.


Processing Time
Once your item is received and approved, exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days.
