At Ejuva, each piece is crafted with care and made to order, reflecting our commitment to quality and exclusivity.


Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared under our pre-order model. Please allow 10–12 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.


Shipping Time
Delivery timelines are consistent across all regions within Lebanon. Your order will arrive within the stated 10–12 business days timeframe.


Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the product price.
For exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, as outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).


Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ejuva is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Additional charges may apply unless the exchange is due to an error or fault on our side.


Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 10 days of placement. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as the production process will have already begun.
